Working womens!
I think every women work , it's just the matter of places . . Some work at home and some outside . .
And both are special but I have seen almost all forget about there health , health comes first if yu won't intake properly then how can yu work properly? I know womens can do everything but without taking proper diet , sleep . a time will must come when yu will not be able to maintain the balance between yur family and work!
Somehow if yu manage to maintain balance but yur body will not allow yu to do that . whatever yu will do , yu will do by forcing yurself !
For eveywomen it's very important to balance family and work . and it can be easy if yu will pack yur work load in working place only and family tensions at home only.
Meditation is very important for all women to release tension , stress .
And yes give some time to yourself also it is very important .
