I really don't think health centers can make wonders in your life!
It's depends upon how much you are willing to get fit and how much you are concerned for it , you need to kill your laziness!
Almost everyone of you must have listn the famous quote that you built yourself 80% in kitchen 20% out!
Start taking proper diet . . And never skip your diet , in thought of not eat could help you in loosing weight ! It's not true it will only make you weak not from body but from inside. .
Eat fruits as more as possible. .
Eat vegitables .
Drink lots of water .
These three are the healthiest and will not occur weakness in your body but will make you more stronger!
Never eat after 8 p.m . your food will not digest properly .
And don't walk , Run!
Set your target of loosing weight in x days.
And exercise according to it .
Tell your trainer and if you do self . you can find out too many exercises which can help you alot in losing body mass!
