Fitness is about being the best version of yourself. Wether you workout in the gym or at home doesn't matter. Definitely you will be having more and better equipments at gym but you can get in shape at home also. Here is a list of workout that you can perform at home also. And some extra tips too.


1st of all do some stretching. Stretching makes you less prove to injuries. If you want to run then run. Running is the best cardio exercise.


1) Push-ups - Push-ups are the best if you want a wide and big chest and it can be done workout going to gym. Push-ups work at your chest and at the same time for back as well. Do push-ups with your hands little wider than your shoulder, it will widen your chest. Look at front always while doing push-ups.


2) Squats - squats is knows as the mother of all exercises because it works at your entire body. It will work at you back, leg, and to all the stabilising muscles too. While doing squats never let your knee go forward than your foot it will prevent any knee injury. Keep your legs shoulder width apart, it will give you better stability.


3) Pull-ups - if you want a v shape body then pull-ups are best. Pull-ups work at your back. A solid back is must if you want a great posture and a great body.


4) tricep dips - it will work at your arms. Arms/biceps are the 1st thing that anyone notices in your body. That's why they need to be good.


Fitness isn't achived just by workout. Even if you workout and your diet isn't good then it would be of no use. Look at these points that I'm listing it will help you


1) stay away of junk food. They contain lots of bad carbohydrates. They will just make you fat.


2) eat eggs daily, they are the best. They will give you protein which is very important for your body even if you don't workout. If you are a vegetarian then consume paneer, soy, they are best vegetarian protein sources.


3) if you can afford protein powder then do buy one. Protein is very important for our boy even if we don't workout and nothing can be better than protein powder for protein. Protein is the building block of our body. It is important for various purposes in our body.


4) eat salad. Eat green vegetables. Nothing can be better than green vegetables. They are full of minerals which are essential for our body.


5) sleep well. If you want to be fit then you must sleep at least 7 hours a day. Sleep affects your body very much.
