Hey guys, nowadays fitness is very important for us. The human body needs to be warmed up for good health, because nowadays, there are many kinds of diseases out in the environment infecting us dangerously resulting in in serious diseases and even deaths. To avoid various kinds of diseases and body problems, we could just adopt fitness exercises to keep ourselves healthy and fit every time.


Even if not at gym, you can just do a few things at your home itself. I know that, some people may be unable to go to gym, so I just got a few simple and easy fitness exercises tips at home.


Diet:


Diet is the first and most important thing that you would need to care for. If a proper and healthy diet isn't maintained, then there would be no use of the fitness exercises.


If you want to be absolutely fit, then you would really need an healthy diet. About the healthy diet, I don't know much, but I could just explain you upto my knowledge.


The first thing is that, after waking up from the sleep, you can just eats 2 boiled eggs and a glass of fresh milk to get the strength and strongness of the body for the exercise purpose.


You must eat mostly chicken, meat, steaks, etc, which provides you with large amounts of energy. You can eat it before heavy workouts and also you can eat after the workout. You can just surf up the Internet to find more about the perfect diets for every one.


Fitness tips:


As I am 16 years old, my parents do not allow me to go to gym because my height may stop growing if I do intensive workouts. But, everyone knows that I am a fitness freak. So, from a long time, I researched about many fitness exercises that could be practised at home too. Let me explain me in detail to you guys.


First thing I found that push ups, sit ups, pull ups and squats are the some of the most important and simple fairness exercises, which you could easily practise at home. Let me explain you about it.


Push ups:


Push ups is a really easy and enjoyable exercise. I am really sorry that I couldn't explain you how to practise this exercise because if I do, the review would become so lengthy that you even won't be able to read it. I am recommending you to surf the Internet if you want to learn the basics of of this exercise and how you can do it.


So, push ups are really strength full exercise. The beginners may start from 10 push ups and start increasing the number slowly day by day. The most important thing is not getting too excited about the exercise and on doing continuously without stopping because the results of it world be terrible. Your whole body muscles will pain like hell, because human body's muscles first need to stretched because it is kind of locked. When we slowly do exercise regularly, the muscles of our body slowly expand and opens up. After the muscles are being unlocked, you can try even too intense and hard workouts.


So, the thing is that you just really need to start from a low level and than slowly increasing the level day by day.


Push ups is the exercise which helps to expand and increase the size of our chest. The size of the chest increases, if you do push ups regularly. I do a minimum 30 push ups at a time and do 100 push ups a day.


Sit ups:


The is is also one of the easiest exercise and really helpful for our body


Sit ups is an exercise to get toned abs. It is really an easy exercise, when compare to push ups. But, as usual, every exercise must be started from a lower lever to a higher level slowly. I usually do 200 sit ups a day. If you do sit ups and as well as abs in a sequence, then your body will be very much benefited and you will get toned abs fastly. This are all by my own experiences.


You could just start from 20 sit ups and increase the numbers slowly day by day.


Squats:


It is also one of the most important but a really easy exercise when compare to all exercises. It helps to built up the led muscles. Squats also improve the upper body muscles and it is a really helpful exercise. Doing large amounts of squats exercise at a time could bring a sore taste to your leg muscles and it would pain really hard and bad. So, as usual this exercise must also be started from the lower level.


Pull ups:


Pull ups is a kind of a hard and challenging exercise, which needs daily practising to get the habit of it. But, it is also very beneficial for our body. Pull ups help us to improve and built up the muscles of back, shoulders and arm muscles. They are many different various types into this exercise, which helps us to built up the muscles of different parts of the body. So this exercise must also be started from alower level to higher level slowly. Pull ups can cause serious pain in your body, if you do it continuously just in one day.


So, this were few tips, just few, but important and really useful and beneficial for our body. This all exercises are being practised by me and I am still practising these exercises and I full recommend it to you guys if you want to be absolutely fit.
