I remember when I first logged on to this site. I signed up and received my first email inviting me to the site.
At first, I was a bit skeptical and hesitated, thinking, 'What if I'm not good enough, or my reviews are not good enough?''What if the people of this site rip me apart with their ratings?' Any negative thought I could think of, came across my mind.
For about a month or more, I did not visit the site, for fear I'd be unaccepted, or what I had to say would not be given a fair chance. Much to my surprise I find Mouthshut to be a very addictive site. Now I can't get enough of Mouthshut.
Whenever I write a review, I get up early and check my email for the results. I also love commenting and rating others reviews as well. I find that everyone, within their own personal rights and inner thoughts, have a wonderful review to share with others.
Learning the likes and dislikes of people from other cultures and from around the world, is very fascinating. There is always so much to learn and familiarize yourself with on Mouthshut.
Every now and again, someone finds it necessary to rudely comment a review, but that is what it is all about. Sometimes I take a rude rating or comment to heart, and it ticks me off a little, but then again, this is what it is all about. That is why the film industry have critics.
Writing reviews on Mouthshut is truly a good experience. The writer gets a chance to explore and share his/her feelings about different topics. I am also a member of other sites and write reviews for those sites as well, but I always find myself spending more and more time on Mouthshut. There is definitely a difference here. The members make you feel at home, so to speak. You can quickly become a part of the Mouthshut family, so much so, you may find yourself totally wrapped up in the warmth and'set down and chat awhile' mood. I love this site and the people with whom I have become friendly with.
I have recommended Mouthshut to many of my friends, and I hope they enjoy it as much as I do. It is definitely a place to feel free to speak about what you like or dislike.
