Do ur writeup for the reason of evaluation and use this platform to weight services products and thoughts to get new definition , sharpness so that in future u encounter less and less reasons to feel unhappy with those services / companies / products / or even personal thought or views .
As the name suggest mouth shut ; '' u have a lot to say but cant given constraints as to who will listen and what purpose will ur saying serve , coz there is no redressal of pitty points '' this mouth shut gives u opportunity to say / speak out ur points hoping this will rectify for better some day.
Well as regards the redemption of points earned consider what beneficial it will be if few public views are taken for action by the concerned , or u generate good group of like minded people around the globe.
