I really cannot even understand how this website even operates. All their positive reviews are false and if you scroll down the list of reviews mouthshut itself has tagged reviews as fake and despite getting branded as fake a bunch of people still don't get the message.
This company is evasive as best when it comes to client questions. I am attaching a portion of e-mail transcript that happened with me for all to get an idea how fake and manipulative these people are. Their US and UK contact number goes to a voice box and the so called Gurgaon address is a cooperate not corporate office as per them and when you contact them for Mumbai warehouse it is not to be shared as per company policy.
I wonder which company stocks expensive stones in a warehouse. As you will see the chat transcript seen below, the next day I called Gurgaon as per IST and the reply I get is please please choose another gemstone for which the video is there. You judge for yourself. I am pasting only a part of the transcript and if required will share screenshots of the same. Extremely Disappointed with my experience but see their Galls to keep publishing fake reviews getting tagged as fake and still keep doing it. I think they think that the consumer is retarded.
