Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital is situated in Udaipur District of Rajasthan.
Hospital Are situated Outside the City at NH-8 , Eklingpura Chouraha, Udaipur.
Now I talk about College and Hospital,
The College is affiliated by Geetanjali University and Hospital Is Near to the College. The Hospital Is too big and Wide in Area. I am consult the Docter of Urology Department that are now in New OPD.
The Thing I don’t and for which I am dislike. Following things that are very important but lack in the Hospital.
1) No Cash in Hospital ATM- There are two ATM in Outside the Hospital Building one is of Punjab National Bank and Another is of Yes Bank. and one thing more there is an Branch of Bank but the lack of Money issue is not solved by the Hospital.
2) No card Payments are Accepted- As Government and people are encouraged that go for Digital Payment. When I go to the Billing Counter and I don’t have enough cash in my wallet so I request the Cashier of Billing Counter in New OPD to accept Card he refused and Say go to Old OPD Billing counter of 6-7 counter Line for doing Card Payment and I go there.
I find 1 to 7 Billing Counter and I join the line of 6 Billing counter and when I reach he refused to accept card and say join 7th Counter and at last 7th one also refused to accept card and tell me go to 4th Billing Counter. when I go to 4th Billing Counter a women lady is sitted and she is Accepted the Card.
So guys see in Big and hospital only one Card Accepted Counter are there.
All these Take my 2 Hours and These will result me in Delay of my Body test and Reports and come very late.
3) No One is Perfectly Reply you or help you-
Docter prescribe me to test the following things such as UROFLOWMETRY, URINE TEST, BLOOD TEST, SONOGRAPHY and
X-RAY. I am done UROFLOWMETRY, X-RAY and SONOGRAPHY and I asked them is there any test Remaining they said no test are remaining go and Sit and wait for Report. I don’t even think about Urine Test and Blood Test, Because now in One Test some other test result are come so I am not enquire more. When I go for reports Collecting They said me you are not given your Blood And Urine for Test. I am telling them that Lab Technician tell me That your All test are done so I am sitting there. Now in the last I am giving Blood And Urine for Test and it take my 3 Hours more.
So no Proper Reponse they are giving and Take too much time In Everything.
These all are not Good for any Hospital to Response and Manage the Patient Like These.
Not Happy with the Hospital.
Otherwise Hospital is Clean and Hygenic.
