Frequent problem after renewal!

Hello Friends,


Using Gazon Broadband from 1+ year now, renewed for H3 for the same amount which was taken while new connection in Wakad area near Bhumkar chowk, Pune. Sadly this time since it renewed in June the connection was never on on second day even.


Initially technician blamed'connect- disconnect' issue to robust'netgear' router provided by them at new connection. Though I didn't find it problematic at all, as it was working once we off and on the switch; they insisted on new router or can't help. When contacted company for replacement, as I paid the same while buying new line router+line free, still they denied telling its only till you get hooked first time.OK.


Bought new router and I was happy for that moment assuming problem will be solved. But to my dismay, the problem was from connection coming from ISP and not from router. Technician also cut the wire(earlier only) and used some buttons to join it before router. But still the same problem prevailed connect-disconnect. In the last week, we found connection was lasting for couple of hour on doing some strong complaint. Bottomline is problem was with the IEP only, but blamed on every alternate things possible. When it came to bad line or router or anything which ISP need to look, they always refrain from doing things. I have complained almost every alternate day so count from June has gone 50+(not visible on our account on web, but we get sms every time we complain.)


Now we are given reason for no backup in the line which is coming to my place, well fantastic. Its our duty to give backup till ISP building isn't it.(well it was assured long back by them, but result is in front)


The point over here is when we are paying with the same amount where company can at least repair the existing line. The technical capability of Gazon is highly doubtful the way they propose and assure the solution everything is in vain. In the era when companies are giving cashback on dongle ad unlimited data, whether we need to continue with such great providers on not that's the question!


Its strong case to demand refund!
