I had to shift my luggage from Delhi to Bangalore. Some of my friend told me that Gati is good. So I called them on their customer service.
They said they would call me back. They never called me. I called them again, they again said they would call me but they never.
Then I got frustrated and started making complaint, then guy on other side insisted on calling on his mobile rather than official line. Once again they did not called.
Finally it was almost a week in all this and I told them if they did not want to listen then I would go for another packer. He said, he would call me and he never called me.
finally I chose another packer and mover.
Looks like Gati people are not treating their employees well, therefore they are not giving them business. Wondering if sales is so poor how the delivery would be.
