Terrible service at Gati Gurgaon

I am long loyal customer of gati since last 5yrs, but my recent experience has really put me in a dilemma and sense of shock how rude and uncouth gati service has become specially here in Gurgaon. I had my stuff couriered from pune to gurgaon it included two bikes and 7 cartons, which means its a really heavy and voluminous package.


When the package arrived at my place, gati employee asked to take the stuff out myself, and is not bothered how I do so. Even after repeated request he was adamant that he is not suppose to get stuff down from his truck. Eventually after a heated argument I refused to take the stuff and begin writing this review. He told me collect the stuff from godown - I really dont understand what this door to door delievery means at least they should leave the stuff till down to the door.


It is my humble request that if you want to send your stuff using gati u should be in best of your health coz the main part of picking the stuff has to be done by you only.


Also, there is no grievances addressal system of gati, and there customer care never responds so incase ur stuff gets some damage only god can help you.
