Dear Team,
I will let everyone know that please don't Trust this courier service as they say something and do something.
My docket no is 461414649 which was booked on 10th of June for delivering at champhai(Mizoram) which was a major setback for me, below are the points to be taken in consideration:
1) as per the vendor it will reach on 20th or 22nd of june max and on that basis I booked by paying amount for packaging as well(4500 Rs extra) which they have not done any packaging at all.
2) I started chasing them once consignment reached at guwahati on 22nd of June. I will share the visuals as well.
3) here onwards nightmare started I started chasing them from 23rd onwards overtime they said sir it will reach aizawl on 24th I said ok, then next day said said it is on the way to aizawl and will reach on 25th june here onwards my patience gave up and couldn't able to get what to do now now as I was running out of schedule. I have raised complaints in mails they said we will contact you but no contacts made. Ironically customer care has provided me two non with their cell not they also couldn't able to give a solution. even one guy said me due to gorkhaland issue it is getting delayed(A Big JOKE made I told him brother kindly do not tell me the topography of india at least, where is the agitation happening in darjeeling and where the consignment is in way to mizoram) Then it reached on 26th june to aizawl, here onwards nightmare again started. I contacted the customer care cell they said it will be out on 26th and delivered on assured date of delivery thats on 27th June I said ok.
4) Till 28th consignment was in Aizawl, after too many calls and mails no one cared for the urgency of the goods.
5) Saddly it reached on 30th but in mutilated way. consignment was totally damaged.
I am sorry I have no grudges with Gati, but you Are an Worst Courier service Provider.
