I ordered a guitar from Amazon india private limited on 1st june 2017. After 2 days of processing they dispatched the courier on 3rd june 2017 with assured delivery date of 6th june 2017. On 3rd june 2017 I got a message from gati stating about my order and got a notification that it had reached Delhi outbound. From next day onwards for every 1 hour I was checking the details and tracking my courier on gati website but it was not out for next station for 2 days until 5th june, I just tried calling the customer support and trying their live chat on website but no proper response from them. On call they say me to hold while they check the details but for 15 minutes I was just on hold but no response from them and on live chat also they reply only after 10-15 minutes and they say that their website is working slow and sometimes they just disappear. From 5th june to 10th june, it was just showing Out for next station from delhi no updates in 5 days, I tried to complaint on amazon because they gave me 6th june assured delivery date. They told me that they have informed the courier and it will be soon delivered. on 12th june only I got a message that it had reached Coimbatore outbound and now finally feeling happy I waited for the delivery but for the next 2 days again they didn't delivered the product inspite of reaching the destination place. Becoming furious I complained again to gati and they told that'your complaint is filed and you will get a call from senior executive within 5 hours', but I did not got any call for the next 10 hours. This time I called and asked for the address of the courier office, so that I myself will go and get it instead of waiting for delivery and their reply was horrible they told that "Local numbers and local address of gati are not updated in our database". This was just nasty, being a very big company they don't even keep local address of their branches. Finally again demanding for more times, I got a call from executive and they told me the address which was 9km from my home and anyhow I went and found that there was no such office in name of Gati. When we enquired to near by shops they told that they have shifted their office to another location 2 years before itself which was 10km away. This crossed the limit even a senior executive don't know the updated address of their branch, then how he is called a senior executive? I finally went to that new address and got my product on 14th june which was kept in a corner and instead of asking sorry they were speaking rudely only. Customer service is very very bad. I have enclosed a screenshot of my live chat with gati agent that clearly shows their late reply and they say that their system is working slow. Being a big company they can't even afford fast internet connection?
