Had a product ordered through amazon. Seller tried to send it via GATI. Product reached my city(as per their tracking system) waited like 10 days it didnt reach me. Apparently even after following up so many times GATI ppl were not in mood to deliver me the product. Eventually asked amazon to cancel it and refund my money
