Worst service ever I experienced with gati. I booked an item from infibeam on Feb 16/2/15. They dispatched it with gati(dktNo:565278833) on 18th. Till date gati is delivering the product. The behavior of the courier company is also very rude when I tried to talked them. 2 times they changed the delivery date. Now showing false update on the web tracking.
Now, I cancelled the order from infibeam. They are taking hell lot of time to return this product to the merchandise. Till date I have not got that money returned. Now I am planning for a consumer case against both infibeam and gati courier. consulted some lawyers, but holding further proceedings for few more days as infibeam responded me requesting to wait for few more days.
