Hi all,


unless until u r sending some product which is valueless, which is unbreakable, undamageable and u have no desire to get it delivered in stipulated time frame never use Gati.


If customers starts sueing them, they will have to sell the company for damages.


I have not met a single satisfied customer of Gati.


I was vacating my house in bangalore and was very attached with old PC.


so foolishly decided to send it to Patna, to my parents.


I called Gati


and they promised an attractive rate of Rs. 10 per kg( if u believed, u got trapped)
once they come to pick the parcel, the first sign of CUNNINGness they will show is to tell u that they wont take computer by weight, but by volume.


so The price gets multiplied.


they wont even bother to the packing, for that Xtra charge!(thats why they can never be Agarwal packers and movers.)


and finally, at last moment, u wont be willing to negotiate, so u will agree to it.


It will reach patna where the totally UNPROFESSIONAL people will call u and deliver u the broken beyond repair computer!


if u will ask damage, they will provide u with a certificate of valuation!


YES! what u thought! Gati wont pay u a dime for the damages.


accoding to them,


in this uncertain world, there is no guarantee of human life, then how of a parcel!


yes this was the exact sentence uttered to me by their man in patna!


and they will ask claim to ur insurance provider, if u had insured.


Now tell me, who gets a years old


now u r left with the last option


either to sue them in consumer court


or forget the claim and learn a lesson NEVER EVER to take the SERVICES of GATI!
