Consignment not yet picked up despite 15 calls

I called your toll free no on 3Mar15 first half to request a pickup for Gurgaon and was assured that my consignment would be picked up between 4 and 6 the same evening.


I was also given contact details of mr pandey who was supposed to pick up the consignment. I call pandey(9740833007) at 6  and he very rudely told me that the pickup would not be possible. no reason was given.


I called toll free the next day atleast 4 times and was again informed that the consignment would definitely be picked up before 7. My call to pandey again was rudely attended to.


Having waited till 7 I called toll free again and was told that the pickup would not be possible today and has now been rescheduled for 5thMar15.


I have called tollfree a short time ago and was put on hold to check the status for atleast 10 minutes. I hung up having lost patience


I am absolutely appalled at the way a simple pickup has been handled. Just goes to show that no matter how much technology you have adopted, you need to get your basics right.


I am still hoping that my consignment will be picked up before noon.
