Long time, I' ve not written, just went on a survey, as to what to write, I may sound a bit aggressive on this review, but every word of it is true to my knowledge and I would be glad even if one person would think on what I would want every citizen to think about what's happening, its not only about only one mall or a shopping complex, but its about all the shops in bangalore I visited during my stay in bangalore.


I land every year, only to my disgust that bangalore is getting even worse, I went on my regular trip to garuda mall, felt very bad when I heard of the boy, I would completely blame it on the parents and not anyone else for being so careless, of course you need to shop but to an extent where you leave your kid unattended, its unfortunate.


Come back to where I was just wanted to buy few clothes and entered West Side, where you do not find anyone for assistance, finally managed to fix myself some clothes and went up to the cashier to pay up, she was half the way billing when suddenly there came a woman with a dress and wanted a smaller size.


Not even having the courtesy to excuse started talking to the cashier lady who was doing my billing and asked her to help her, and to my sheer dismay the cashier girl left the desk leaving me staring at her as to what's happening, this is the customer service provided by the shops, firstly there is no adequate training as to prioritise their work, there is absolutely no customer service.


Next has anyone who goes to the mall notified if there is any health and safety measures or any kind of fire procedures, or any kind of emergency exits as to any mishaps occurred, I could never see any fire equipments in any shops, as to whatsoever, what will happen if there is any fire or any accidents are there any first aid facilities, why do our malls not look into these aspects, is it only the money making racket or can we expect some good customer service from our people.


Same as to the shops in commercial street, bossini well known brand and expensive, but no one to attend, sales girl chatting away in the phone when you are standing looking for assistance, its not only that the stuff in marks and spencers are outdated and I have used them here in london two years back its all the old stock and designed to meet the requirements of people in cold places, not for our people and its ridiculously expensive and not feasible at any circumstances.


The same will cost less even in pounds, people are carried away by name and the term called IMPORTED, I have a sincere request don't get carried away by names, we have better purpose of saving our money, would like to tell more but above all I read in newspaper that bangalore is booming, of course it is people making money only money no service, infrastructure, bad roads traffic pollution people cheating others, call centres misguiding people, nothing else is booming, not people or their thought, if you want to follow western countries first try and adopt their method of policies and discipline the rest would follow
