Very poor service....gone down the drain. Review on Garuda AutoCraft India - Bangalore

I never thought I will write a bad review about Garuda....i have been thier customer for 7 years...first Corsa and then Optra. I bought Optra puerly because of thier good service during the first years....but now they are Horrible.

They are seriously understaffed and lost all the good people who used to work there.They are very firm about rates. But at the same time...they take thier own sweet time to fix things....and don't care about customer experience. Their response has been very bad...and we have to follow up too many times.

Many nudging problems in the cars have never been fixed proprely...since the time the car was new (like the rattling window at driver sear, somethings becomes loose below the engine every 4-5 months...etc., etc., )

I dont know why GM is keeping them a distributor....

Keep away from them.     I 'm going to give TVS a try
