This is the first time I am writing on an actual consumer product.
Hope I make my point well !
I was this pathetic example of perennially frizzy and thick hair which never seemed to stay in place. I tried lot of stuff in India like Sunsilk, Halo, clinic, Tiara Balsam and many others.
I had this bad habit of trying different things frequently.
All I got finally was a thick unruly mane that was permanently tangled and messy.
some shampoos like Sunsilk also made my hair fall. It also resulted in rubber like hair. My hair would really stick on my fingers like rubber from Tree.
After coming to the U.S I didnt give up.
I tried Pantene Pro V.
It was good initially, later the conditioner resulted in a lot of hairfall and I started loosing a lot of hair.
During those difficult phases only Nalla Mudi - Neelebringadhi oil came to my rescue.
I later spotted Garnier Shampoo in some ad.
as usual , smitten by ads I ran and got it home.
I thought, it will be bored sitting alone in the shelf, let me get its faithful companion, Garnier Conditioner also.(but there was no discount buying the two of them together , much to my disappointment :()
Together they came and made a place in my Shelf.
Now about what happened on the D-Day
With great hopes, I tried the shampoo first, washed it, later put the conditioner and massaged well and rinsed it.
My initial feeling was refreshing.
It had a very good smell and I also felt my hair really clean.
But to my dismay, my hair looked as usual frizzy and curly when it dried.
But as two-three days passed by, I noticed the difference.
My usual hair-style is to tie a bun as that is very comfortable.
When I let down my hair to comb the third day or so, I noticed a healthy shine.
My hair ws softer than never before.
After vigorous combing, it became better and better.
Now, I think I finally found the shampoo of my type.
It makes my hair very soft, manageable and shiny.
A feat, really impossible !!!(Trying to tame a thick, cascading , curly mass of Keralite hair)
But now, my noodle like Hair has found its match.
This shampoo has really mellowed my hair and made it look softer. Not to mention the less breakage and less hair fall.
It claims to strengthen the hair by 5%
I recommend it for all hair types, particularly the rough kinds.
I only hope, I didnt speak too soon and that this product leaves a lasting positive effect on my Tresses.
