We reached at Gangtok on 25th Dec by evening and Checked in the hotel Sagorika which I had booked online https://hotelsagorika.com . This hotel is situated in the heart of the city just 4 minutes walk from M.G. Road(Main Market).
At the time of check in we got welcome drink and Manager offered us Khata (Sikkim tradition to welcome) and we felt very honoured. Room service was execellent and staffs very very helful. They have travel desk from where we get the cab for all local sightseeing. Bathroom and room was very neat and clean.
They provide us complementry news paper, slipper , shoe shine and shower cap (only star category hotels used to provide these things) in room. Food was also very tasty .When I had booked the hotel I thought it would be a simple budget hotel but staying their I must say HOTEL SAGORIKA is the best standard hotel in GANGTOK.
