There is only one....Winner/-. Review on Game Winning Attitude - Is it Necessary

Update and I regret the mistake previously made....

In a class a Teacher once asked the pupils, kindly spell the 2 words namely Winner and the Loser in your notebooks quick to win a Chocolate from me.

She asked a boy in particular, which words you chose to write first, the boy replied ''Winner'', the teacher then put the same question to another boy, he replied ''Loser''. The teacher asked them the reasons and as human beings there were no mechanical answers from both of them.

Boy1: I like being a winner hence I chose it first

Boy 2: The word Loser came to my mind randomly and then came the word Winner since it was a letter shorter then winner, hence.

Since the Boy 2 spelt it faster, he won the chocolate for his effort, but you know the rest of the class just laughed out at Boy 2 and clapped for Boy 1.

If you ask who had the winning attitude I would say both, but there is only one winner, Boy 2 mixed his attitude with his mind that directed him to spell loser first because it was shorter, See he was thinking in terms of winner, a winner who knows that what pathways can get him to his destination, Boy 1 was thinking of the word “Winner” but he never bought that attitude to win into him, he wrote it because he got into the meaning of the word reflecting a ruler, a one up man. So the winning attitude of Boy 2 got him the chocolate unlike Boy 1 who got too much into attitude forgetting the game instead.

The Game has a very crystal clear outcome, someone wins and someone else looses. When we talk about attitude while playing a game, I have only one thing to say “No one plays to loose”.

Be it a Video Game, some say they play for the fun of it, I say Video games are the best manner to teach the ways to win, Because its only in a Video Game where in you get to play more only if you win more and more stages, see that’s the fun because you are winning, You are deprived of fun if you loose.

So the Attitude?

Some play because they know how to, some play because they know how to win. I would say to be winner play when you know how to win; this doesn’t apply to the learners of the game, because after all you are learning not playing, Attitude is a mental frame of mind that helps us to channel our mode of action, if we stick to what we said then if you don’t have the frame then how will you keep the photo. It’s simple as that.

As I said Attitude is an approach, when you add to that a winner’s approach it always pays.

I have Winning attitude as you said, Still I lost the Game?

Be it any Game, it always has shown us the best leveler it is, A game shows you the glory of winning and even disappointment of loosing, It’s not a push button phone which always rings a bell at the other end, A Game is as humane as the living beings play it, The outcomes are always different, A Sachin Tendulkar cannot be programmed to score a 100 everytime similarly you cannot set the right foot forward since we have a mind unlike robots which doesn’t. Sun always rises in the east but you don’t always travel to the east, you just roan around.

It is Necessary…

…well and truly, take attitude as an interest, you know how to cook but you aren’t interested in cooking, similarly you know how to play but you aren’t interested in winning it, We always derive pleasure into the things that interest us, If we are interested in winning we will play hence it has to be in you to be out with you. Playing a good game is enough to satisfy your coaches because they aren’t playing, but winning a game is satisfying mainly for you because you play it. Hence an attitude has to be there inclined for a win.

Where do I bring it from…

…You know the rules follow them, don’t be a outlaw and think out of box straightaway, first attempt you will win, next time you loose, Now you got reasons to answer your WHYs?, try to reach out for those answers and then again you will win. Self motivation for winning plus you have coaches, leaders and mentors, USE them.

Finally, it is imperative to get the attitude of winning with the actual moves of the games. No matter you played a well but lost coz you never wanted to, but the fact is 9/10 you will always loose, hence bring the attitude because there is only one winner…
