I've many bad experiences from GRT in different transactions, while buying coin they say we take it back in the same market rate without any less? but while selling they reduce 1%. MAKING CHARGES & WASTAGE. Is very huge. It might cross the gold cost one day in GRT. Only in GRT this can happen. The counter person quotes a rate for the ornament, after that SAFARI coat person (when approached) reduces 100/- or 150 and puts a sign in it and if u again go to another SAFARI he will again reduce 20/- or 50/-. You don't have to know anyone in GRT - cheaters they always try to fool customers. WASTAGE is very huge.
I don't see any CUSTOMER protection act on this to control this.if so no clear notice to these kind of sellers. Public is cheated also about quality - the ornaments are of very poor quality and they break quickly. Then why for this MAKING charge? If there is good making. Then worth in paying making charges. Wastage- what is the exact method to calculate this.
They cheat customers by putting a VERY HUGE wastage in all ornaments u buy. I've also got cheated in Savings scheme transaction. I've tried (first trusted) many in GRT, at last I've lost my money. Don't any rule from Government which governs these kind of sellers( so called sellers) and protect the consumers / customers not being cheated.
Many are hidden in GRT. Waste of buying anything from GRT.
