GRT jewellers is one of the place where my family used to go to buy jewelry items.
I recently visited this place with my parents.
GRT has several branches in whole chennai city. Some of the places were: T-nagar, Anna nagar West, Adayar, Purasaiwakkam, Tambaram, etc.
But I visited T-nagar branch.
Parking facility is not good because it is located in the main area. Parking will be maintained in the separate street which was GRT Parking which was located at the nearby street. During weekends the parking will be horrible.
The shop timings was 9.30am to 9.30pm on both weekdays and weekends.
The ambiance was good which was completely furnished but I felt that it was little clumsy.
It was completely air conditioned with all time lift facilities.
The store will completely attract us with their jewelleries.
Totally 5 floors. Diamond and silver section was completely separate which was in 1st and 3rd floor.
All designs was good but they can also improve their designs.
Because certain new designs which we expect is not available with them.
The arrangements of the jewels was really good.
The cost of the products were reasonable but I feel like if they increase their designs then the cost will be more reasonable.
Discounts will be offered during the festive times.
The staffs were really good and they treat us with respect.
Refreshments will also be given to the customers like juice, milk, tea. coffee, etc.
So the customer service was really good.
One thing is that it will be comfortable to visit this shop during weekdays. weekends will be little crowd such that we may not able to see certain designs.
My personal feel is that my mom will surely think that GRT jewrelly as a lucky place to buy jewels.
It was a good place!
