Daughter needed braces and we didn't have the cash so despite the terrible reviews we reluctantly signed up for the GE Money credit card. No problem qualifying because both my wife and I have a pulse. My first experience with using autopay didn't go so well. GE Money took out two payments days apart from each other.


When I called the customer service number I went through quite a maze of prompts before I actually spoke to a person. When I talked to her, she was extremely unprofessional and condescending toward me and insisted that there was nothing they could do. It is now up tome to dispute the charge with my bank since GE Money refused to credit my account. I'll be glad when this relationship with GE Money is over.
