It's companies like this that have so many Americans in troublesome debit. They make it impossible to get out from underneath them. My husband and I have great credit and had always been on time with this bill. We had one mishap and it cost us $2000! I kid you not. They would not budge and the woman I spoke with on the phone was beyond rude.
Try Chase. They are very nice and spell things out very clearly and warn you when an interest free term is coming up.
