I have care credit card, which uses GE money. I do all my banking and most of my bills online. This is by far the biggest headache and worst company I have EVER dealt with contacting and managing my account. I’ve got great credit and I fear they are there to ruin it. I set up the account online with automatic withdrawal and even called to make sure everything was in check before the money was to taken out.
When I called it took about 40 steps in order to talk to a human being, whom talked to me about one minutes and seemed like I was imposing on her by my questions. Then when I checked, it had not been taken out and a$40 dollar later fee was taken out. I also set it up so that I would have no interest if paid off in time in 6 months. It feels as if they make things as complicated as possible in order for your payments to not go through. When the mistake was corrected, she told me to sign up again for online banking AGAIN. Well my user name and pw didnt work so I had to set it up again. THERE IS NO WAY PUT IN YOUREMAIL.
