So, the first movie that I watched in this theatre was the Superman Returns, I recently shifted to the place, where I am living right now, at that time and the cinema hall was really near to my house at a walking distance! So, we decided to go there!
So, as a first time, I felt like the complex wasn't that bad, the overall quality of the film screen and the service was really acceptable and the ticlet too were reasonable!
But, now, I went to the same multiplex to watch Bajirao Mastani, and I have to say, things have changed a lot their! The seating arrangement has made much more comfortable and nice and the food quality is also really nice at a good pricing! The screen quality again, has increased a lot and yes, that is really appriciatable! The sound quality, tremendous, we do get that 3D sound effect, and throughout the movie, I was able to maintain the basic feel of the scenes that were going on in the movie! Overall, I would say that customer feedback has really helped the multiplex improve and I think that they are improving!
Though, one thing that I don't find that good about the multiplex, was the amount of money they ask for the tickets. Earlier, they had the tickets for just 150 Gold, and now, we have a price of 250 for silver! That I think wasn't that good of a point and marks of course, are deducted for that!
