I purchased KUV 100 last year on 12th january 2017. I registered vehicle for commercial use. According to goverment excise duty laws, I should have got excise duty relief of 20, 000 for registering vehicle for commercial use. The DD gets issued from goverment after showrooms claims it for you. But that benefit was turned into losses by G3 motors.
G3 motors didn’t claim my excise relief for about 6 months and were rude and disrespectful when asked the problem. They were trying to cover there carelessness bu blaming things on me. The sales manager is extremely rude and useless person to talk with. He also threatens when confronting the problems arising at there showroom. The staff and management both are not helpful towards the customers after the sale is done.
The negligence is so much at the showroom that they missed the last date of filling for my tax return and make me bear the loss. I sent official mails to the upper authority but tbey also seem to be not intrested in reverting to the problems faced by the customers.
G3 being the only official mahindra showroom in navi mumbai, pride has taken over on to them which needs to be broken down by boycotting the said showroom.
Please don’t buy any vehicles from G3 motors, they are frauda and deliver crap service to customers after sale is done. beware of aftersales mental and physical trauma you have to deal with, If you buying vehicle from G3 motors.
