I had ordered a memory foam pillow on Feb 04, 2014 with the Order ID: 1703139.
It was told that it will be delivered within 3-5 working days. However, it took more time and I got back to the customer service requesting the status. They said, it was out of order and will be back by 18th Feb or before. When it was not again delivered within that time, I again got back to them for status. After that they said their system has some issue and they are unable to process the request and it may take some more time, but they assured that it will be delivered. This happened again after a few days, when they gave the same excuse.
Again finally today, Feb 26th I got back to them for update. They repeated the same this that due to technical problem they can not process the request and will refund the amount. Now, I wasted more than 3 weeks waiting for the product due to their false assurance. What kind of technical issue is that which can not be resolved in so many days. Pathetic service and horrible experience. I simply wasted my time and nobody is going to compensate for that. This site is a shame on the name of online shopping.
Please avoid and save your time, effort and money.
