Hi Friends, My experience in Futurebazaar.com have been pathetic and painful.
First time , my order was half delivered after 30 days of placing the order and that too after numerous calls and useless mails...and after 30 days they automatically cancelled my remaining order and nobody ever bothered to inform me ..
Next time , again I made mistake ( I consider it my life's bigger blunder) and ordered a luggage bag from futurebazaar.com , till now 25 days have been gone...no update on the order...the sitr shows that order have been shipped , but when I called customer care, they were not able to provide me the AWB number of the shipment ...and lo!!! next day I got there mail that the shipment has not yet dispatched from the warehouse.....
See this..this is actually the content of there customer care mail , I am pasting here..
"We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to process the above-mentioned order within the lead time of delivery..."
"First and foremost we regret for the inconvenience caused to you due to the partial delivery of order number 1000xxxx10"
"With confidence that you would give us second chance to prove ourselves we apologize once again for the entire episode.."
You can see yourself, they them self have no control and ultimately its the customer , who has to suffer....!!
NEVER EVER buy from this site unless you want to give charity to already millionaire mr.biyani...
