I have purchased Philips QT4019 Trimmer on 12 june 2013. Till now I have not received. No details are provided on the website to communicate. You will spend more on the phone as compare to the actual cost of product on calling the customer care.
Whatever the thing is there, if you are spending the money on it. You will not get money as well as product back.
