I was a fan of Future-bazaar service, Their timely delivery and good discounts always attracted me.


But things have gone worst for My this Order No- 5040478613


Its for a Product "Samsung Series 3 LA19C350 19 inches LCD TV"


First of all,


They them-self cancelled the order citing "Out Of Stock" issue. Can they answer me why they list a product which is Out Of Stock.


Secondly They cancelled the order on January 26, 2012, but still now they did not refunded me the money.


I am calling them from last 10 days for my refund, every-time they ask me to wait for 48 hours for a callback but that callback never happened. No reply to my mails, no proper response to my calls.


It seems they are in no mood to give me my money back.


I strictly advice everyone to not shop with them if the item value is more than 1000rs, your money will be stuck and u will have to spend countless hours and money to get an response from them.

I am extremely sorry to mentioned that the stock of the ordered product has been exhausted due to an overwhelming response for the ordered product. I have even tried to arrange the additional unit of the ordered product from our vendors however were unable to arrange the same. I hence have gone ahead and refund the amount charged to you for the product. Please be assured that the refund amount will reflect in your forthcoming bank statement.
Let me assure you that our commitment towards customer service is absolute however I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate as we were unable to fulfill your order but I urge you to show confidence in our competency again, with the assurance that such inconvenience will not be repeated in future. I once again apologize for not been able to deliver your ordered product this time and hope this matter will not prejudice your view of shopping online with us.
