I received a punctured air mattress which I filed a complaint with futurebazaar for replacement, and they assured a pickup within 3 working days and would issue refund. Now my regular calls and mails are unanswered, no pickup in past 15 days.
I bought a replacement on site based on the fact that the refund would be issued, the new purchases are cancelled without providing any reason. Poor lads on customer care are unable to provide solution.
