The Guys at Futurebazaar don't know of the orders in the system till you call them up and inquire.
I discovered this after placing a order (1292976 dt 12th Aug 13) on their site. To make matters worse there is absolutely no feedback on complaints (8001557) either.
The product I am told will take 10 more days to arrive while the site said no such thing at the time of placing the order. Bottom line is after you have placed an order one has to ensure you call them up every step of the way till you get the product.
I canceled my order and now will have to follow up to ensure my points are refunded which I am given to understand takes 10 working days.
So much for shopping at Futurebazaar!
