Placed an order on 30th Sep 2014 with a hope that the product will be delivered before Diwali. Called them on 27th Oct to find that the order has not been processed yet! Raised a compliant with an assurance that the order will be processed in 48 hours and nothing happens till 31st Oct.
Called them on 31st Oct and they say that system is down & they will call me back in 2 hours. Nothing happens! Called them on 1st Nov and I am told that the order is yet to be processed, system is down and I will get a call back from their manager in 2 hours.
This is absolute crap!

YOU GUYS ARE LIGHT YEARS AWAY FROM WHAT IT TAKES TO DO BUSINESS ONLINE. PLEASE.
