NEVER Shop again from online shopping sites that is using Future Supply Chains courier
or FSC couriers
I order item from this bad shopping sites https://shopclues.com and as usual they send using bad courier service. Always they send using cheap courier which are very worst in customer satisfaction
And this time in September 2015 I order one item on 6th September 2015 and today is 19th September 2015
Till now parcel not delivered in Hyderabad. I have also check their courier website https://futuresupplychains.com. And also contacted them many times but nothing resolves here.
I told this story to all my friends and colleagues and they told me. Why you are giving chance to this kind of bad shopping sites. Already shopclues known for BAD customer care. And their courier system is worst in the whole world
I shop from Amazon and I just cannot believe I got my phone in the morning. Ordered in night and got delivered in the morning. NOT even a day. Avoid all websites using FSC couriers. Future Supply Chains couriers.
