Nobidy should ever install this app and think that tgey will save some money. They will cheat you and not bother to reply and keep your calls on hold till eternity until they disconnect.
I visited a big bazaar store in Bangalore in kundanahalli area and there was a public holiday offer going on during the 2nd of october. It mentioned on certain products that if you pay via future pay you will be getting certain amount as cashback. I purchsed those items thinking I am saving money, little I knew that instead of saving my hard earned mpney I was wasting my time and mental peace! As expected they did not give me any cashback and when I contacted there customer service they straight away denied the fact that any such offer was there! And then again they tell me to connect to the store and both of them play the blame game of vlaming each other. I should have kept a photo of the offer but least did I know that this is how they cheat customers and waste our time!
This is the first and last time that I am fooled by them! And again when you send them a nessage they will give copy paste robotic replies instead of reading and listening to your issues! When you call them they will keep your calls on hold for an hour and even after that give same replies! They just want to keep speaking instead of listening to your problems!
Do not believe in such market tactics of these people and get fooled by them. Hope everybody who reads this will be aware from before about there tactics and how they will cheat you so never believe them!
