Guys,
I have taken zero debt policy and I have payment slip and cover note also which shows that my policy is a zero debt policy, My car meet with an accident, When my claim was under process then I came to know that my policy is a general policy, not a zero debt policy and these guys did not pay as per zero dept. They accepted that there is a mistake from their side but this time they did not not settle my full amount.
I called to customer care, I tried all my best but these people did not understand and they did not pay me as per my policy.
In short, I want to say Please go with some branded insurance company, dont go with such type of small company which are not able to pay you correctly on time. Dont waste your money with FUTURE GENERALI.
