I got a call from future generali life insurance branch saying 12.5% of returns every year on sum assured. and some bonus added year on year for premium of 50k per year and accumulated amount will be around 15 lacs. The branch promised a future group previlege card which I can use in all future group outlets like big bazaar and I can avail a discount of 15% and 3 gms of gold. I opted for this trusting the agent words as it was attractive.
I got the policy and was waiting for card and gold. I was following up with Bangalore Jayanagar branch agent named Balaji. He initially told out of stock and all the stories. Later when I tried calling customer care to understand what is happening they said there is nothing like card and gold given by company. It is just a fraud. And Agent phoine was not valid when I called and over this the returns are not as explained by Agent.
It was real bad experience. I had to make 8 to 10 calls a day and no response. I got pissed off with service and today I have given for cancellation of policy. hopefully I may get back my premium money. I am planning to put this accross to Consumer court tomorrow.
I am pissed off with Future Generali. Please Please be careful if u want to put ur money on this company. I dont know how many people are cheated like this in Bangalore. By the way policy I got was Saral Anand
