Dear Readers, I had the worst experience ever with Furtado’s, Koramangala Bangalore, when I had been there yesterday to inquire about drum sets available. Sales people there are really irritating, especially Senthil (claimed himself in-charge of the Koramangala division). His behavior was very awkward while I was inquiring, his ways were full of sarcasm and I completely lost interest in doing any more business with Furtado’s. His expectations are very odd, he wants every customer must deal with at least Rs20, 000. He was not at all willing to answer to our concerns/queries; he was expecting us to pay his bills without even knowing the amount we were dealing with.
His approach was kind of too humiliating as though I had been there to buy stuff at his mercy. Management team, this is not only the musical instruments store I have visited. Please instruct your staff to practice some basic courtesy with the customers. I am pretty sure this kind of guys will never promote on your business. I really don’t understand why people there should show off so much of attitude to a customer. I am a person with good status in the society and I request you to strictly condemn your staff from such kind of behavior with customers.
