Have suffered a lot owing to my decision to buy compressed wood furniture from furniture bazaar. The prices were good but what you get for your money is definitely not it.
After sales service is really poor and warranty is not respected. the products are very subs standard with products looking old in a short while. This stuff is really made of wood chippings!! I came to realise this when the ply on my beds surface decided to break itself one day.
Of course the store was fast to say that this was not a manufacturing defect as it was ok when handed over...so I asked them if that is so then why mention a warranty for one year...seems that big bazaar and furniture bazaar are making full use of the fact that they have no competing malls of equal size.
