3rd Jan 5.30, gone on 2nd for 2.30 show - Avatar 3D
It was the most messiest and horrible movie theatre experience I ever had.
Beginning with the temperature of the theater. It was super cold in there; everyone in the theatre was freezing. My friend got a nose bleed because of it and had to take medicine. The temperature wasnt adjusted to humans, maybe for polar bears.
Then the restrooms. The women's restroom has around 10 stalls, out of which 2 were out of order(explicitly stated) and the others weren't even flushed and cleaned each time someone used it. The janitor in the restroom was just standing around and did nothing.
The staff at the snacks counter were utterly disorganized. The cashier took my payment and walked away, while another guy Vinod got my order all wrong. He gave me plain popcorn when I asked for mixed.

I called the manager Mr.Khalid and I told him about the restrooms and my experience at the counter. He ask them why the trays weren't washed and the staff did not respond. He responded to my complaint by saying that he was aware about it. He did not apologize for anything that happened at the theatre.
Then I asked them to give me the complaint book so that I could write in a formal complaint. But they couldnt find it and gave me their inventory register to write in. I refused to write in it and asked again for the complaint book. They couldn't find it and never did. I was kept waiting after the interval got over while I missed 10 minutes of the movie. I told Khalid, I had to go to watch the movie and asked him to bring the register at the exit so I could write up a complaint.
He, of course, did not show up there and I never got to give my feedback.
If it was a Rs.100 movie ticket, I would not have any qualms about this experience because it would have been expected. Fun is charging me Rs.250, which is more than PVR, Big, Fame, Cinemax, so I expected a clean place and better service but I got none of the above! I will never go back there again, its a total rip-off and I would suggest others to go to another like PVR for an enjoyable movie experience and which gives value for money did not even ask and that I wanted salted and cheese.
