Hi All,


I am NSR Phani Kumar.


I bought ASUS ZENFONE A450CG last year, the mobile is giving me some issue with the sound effect on the music player/ radio. The customer care team identified it as hardware issue and asked me to give it in the service center. I given the mobile in REGENERSIS service center at VVPURAM, Bangalore two times. First time the Engineer said all are issues I complained were rectified and asked me to come and collect it. But I was able to reproduce the same issue then and there. He said, issue with the mother board and asked me to come the other day, I said I cannot visit as it is their fault to not resolve it. They sent me through some person, but still the issue is not resolved.


I raised a complaint with the customer care 3 months ago. After a long mail conversation for 2 months, they initiated reverse pickup to the service center, this time the service center is F1 INFO SOLUTIONS. Here the customer service is very very poor in this service center. No response about the phone. They will not pick the calls. They said all issues are resolved and they replaced sub - board and mic. But still the issue is reproducible. I called ASUS customer care. They said "what should I do for this" and said he has taken a request and forwarding the concern to the concerned department and they will get back to me. The concerned depart will never get back to me. Still I am facing the issue and it is unresolved by the technicians after several attempts.


This is how the ASUS Customer care is working and the authorized service centers are working.


I request ASUS team to replace my mobile or resolve the issue with my mobile.
