Unfortunately I have a whirlpool washing machine(Whirlpool Sport) purchased 2 years back which is still in the warranty period. Right from the day of purchase in the last 2 years I would have had problems and had complaints made at least a dozen times. Every time I will get some problems or the other. Service engineers will attend to the problem only after several remainders. After that problem settles I will have one more problem surfacing.
Customer care is hopeless and this machine is one huge JUNK. Never seen such a pathetic customer support. I am trying to get a problem fixed from the 23rd of April, even after crossing 30 days the problem is not fixed. Anyone buying this junk box please don't dare to buy.
