I have taken a Godrej washing machine about 3 months back, it worked for a while and then stopped working.
I have called the service man for the repair. He came and checked the machine and went back with a promise of coming next day, but he did not returned back.
I went to local electrician he opened the washing machine and found that one of the motor is defected and has to be replaced. know I want to return the whole unit and get replaced. Kindly help me what to do.
