I think whirlpool has done a blunder by tying up with 360assist for dealing AMC dealings. I was called by 360assist multiple times a day to take AMC saying with in 24 hours the AMC soft copy will be given. But as soon as the payment was made, 360assist became very irresponsible.
I did not even have a reference. On complaining to whirlpool, also did not yield any result. Both whirlpool and 360assist dont ever care about updating the customers. Its going to be a week, still I do not have AMC.
