I am Rohan. I am a victim of Fullerton India.
I and my family are being tortured, harassed, abused. They even did not let go my grandmother - they abused and threatened her and now they are continuously calling my sister's office - abusing her and all her colleagues as well. Listen how they speak - Attached recording. Some others were so abusive that I even can't upload them.
Let me take you to start of trap:
I once received a phone call from Fullerton Agent - They said they are offering me loan at much lower rate then banks and It will be 14-15 Pct at fixed rate of interest.
Understand the catch here, Fixed means you have to pay 15 Pct interest on whole principal amount that was borrowed even if you are paying last installment. In other words, this fixed is actually 30-35 Pct. interest. so beware of this.
I got to know of this at early stage so I went to their Thane and Powai office to cancel the loan but they said that you have to pay additional 7 Pct foreclosure charges, interest plus you have to bear all the processing charges of 5 Pct. and installment that was deducted would also be lost and there is no other way. I requested them to cancel my loan and also called at their call center but to no avail.
Finally, I blocked their installment after few months by communicating the same to my bank.
Then what followed was follow up by goons, low graded and abusive employees of Fullerton. They then used Facebook data and data from Airtel to get contact, your friends contact and family contact and start abusing, even if you disconnect they will call again n again and abuse again and again till you agree to pay them.
Now they are calling my sister's office(even though she is not taken loan or not related to loan), They abuse her and her colleagues and threaten that they wont stop it still she is expelled from her office. What is her mistake in this?
I emailed RBI, regarding this and they are a bit ignorant towards this and not acting as a good regulator should. Ideally they should be stopping such things immediately. And About me I have loan running from other banks but I have never even faltered once or even on my credit card bills.
Fullerton employee has agreed on call that they and their DSA use such tricks to deceive people, but now I will have to pay otherwise they will spoil my reputation.
All I want to tell you guys is let unite and not surrender to these goons and Lets wake up RBI, if they are sleeping. lets make effort together so that such acts by Fullerton are penalized heavily. And of course, a humble request not to pay them after being harassed as you are indirectly motivating them to use their strategy. In fact, tell everyone about this fraud company so they will be saved from becoming another victim.
I am thinking how to take this up legally but when I finalize after consultation, I will try to get as many Fullerton victims together and fight together. One Recording Attached - Pls Listen.
