Today I am going to share my bad experience with Fullerton India. I have taken a personal loan in year 2011. I was paying all EMIs on time by cash to there representative. During that period we have build the great relationship with the representative of Fullerton India who was come at my office for collect the EMI amount. Once a time my EMI was due and Fullerton India representative was come and said that, kindly pay the EMI, when I asked him for receipt he told me that today I have not take the Receipt Book me, tomorrow I will give you the receipt, but as today is my closing day, kindly pay the EMI. I have paid the EMI to him by cash. After my followups for receipt of my EMI I got the revert from Fullerton India representative that, that employee has left the Fullerton India so we can not provide any receipt. At that time I have beered that loss of my 1 month EMI.
In continuation of my loan term, when I paid my closer amount with receipt in year, 2012, I got the assurance that my loan account will be closed, and no due will be pending on me.
But friends I was surprised when I got a call in year 2016 from the representative of Fullerton India, he told that I have to pay 10000/- more. And when I told about closer of my loan a/c he told me that I have to that amount, and the have mentioned the negative mark in my CBIL Report also.
Friends, in last I will say only onething that, services of Fullerton India is VERY BAD, PLS DO NOT TAKE ANY LOAN FROM Fullerton India.
