Yesterday I bought a digital camera: FUJIFILM S4200 24 X optical zoom 14 megapixel, optical image stabilization, HD Movie recording. In the Pack = camera, camera strap, lens cover, 4gb card and 4 AA batteries non rechargeable. Additional along with the camera (without any additional cost)= Fujifilm camera pouch, 4 rechargeable batteries with charger for Rs 11499/- (Mrp=16, 999/-) From Reliance digital Phenix Mall Mahadevapura old madras rd, Bangalore. Now I shall share a experience with visiting SP road electronics market in Bangalore. I visited PANKAJ ELECTRONICS on main street SP Road.
Price for the same camera was 13500/- no pouch no rechargeable batteries no charger, 1. No demo piece only sealed piece no hands on trial!!, Only lies here we sell on minimum price You can compare all over City we are the cheapest?? My inner concious told me to have a try in Reliance digital once. so I droped buying it at SP rd. Hence I was in need of small logitec mouse for my laptop I bought one at Pankaj Electronics as the box was sealed beliving the sales guy I went home & opened it for my surprise it was a big desk top mouse. today again I went to Pankaj electronics Sp rd to exchange it.
Here is the surprise 1.Sales guy refused to exchange it for smaller mouse though I had the bill of his shop and not even 24 hrs old. 2. I was not asking for refund. 3.seal of the said box was not broken.following lessons please follow. 1.Never visit PANKAJ ELECTRONICS IN SP ROAD FOR ANY ITEM 2.WHATEVER YOU BUY LET ANY PROMISE THESE GUYS MAKE PLEASE OPEN THE BOX TEST THE ITEM BEFORE CARRYING HOME. 3.WARRANTY EXCHANGE ETC DAMN THESE GUYS DON'T CARE. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. 4.ALL OF US THINK ITS A WHOLE SALE MARKET EVERYTHING IS CHEAP, SORRY IT IS NOT SO 5. YOU BUY THE ITEM ON YOUR OWN RISK. IF IT WORKS YOUR LUCK IF IT DOESN'T THROUGH IT TO THE GARBAGE BIN. PHOENIX mALL RELIANCE DIGITAL MY EXPERIENCE. 1.AC WELL LIT SHOW ROOM 2.DEMO CAMERA WAS AVAILABLE FOR ALL R&D. TWO GIRLS HANDLING CAMERA SALES WERE VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. 3.AFTER SATISFYING ASKED FOR SEALED PIECE WHICH WAS READILY AVAILABLE OPENED IT TESTED OK. 4.ALL FREE ITEMS SUCH AS 4 GB CARD, CAMERA POUCH RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES AND CHARGER WERE PROVIDED (WITHOUT A FIGHT) 5. GEUNINE BILL WARRANTY.
